I found what I believe to possibly be a very rare original antique painting by American artist BERTHA EVERSFIELD PERRIE (1860 – 1921).
After much extensive research, I believe this to be a work by this artist because, firstly, it is handsigned by Perrie, and also the landscape theme and the painting style very much resemble other works by Perrie.
Bertha E. Perrie Born 1916 : Washington, District of Columbia Died 1868: Gloucester, Massachusetts. Perrie works are exhibited at the Smithsonian American Art Museum - Library of the Smithsonian American Art Museum and the National Portrait Gallery, Smithsonian Institution.
If you are an avid collector of Fine Antique Art and/or are familiar with this artist, and if in fact this is an authentic original Perrie, this old painting will be of special interest as it is a most beautiful rendering. For more photographs and information, go to my Ebay link at right.

Rare vintage magazine publication featuring iconic cult model Betty Page. 1957 Copyright. “RUGGED”, Entertainment for Real Men. Included in the book are numerous photographs with vintage pin-up style photographs and drawings, articles, illustrations and comics.
A phenomenal mid century publication that is in very nice vintage condition. 74 pages. The noted topic on the front cover includes “Why your girl friends are nuts about Elvis Presley, Jimmy Dean, Pat Boone and Bill Haley” by Frank Kane.
Volume 1, copyright 1957. Measures 10 ¾” x 8 ½”. An ultra rare must-have for collectors.
